Before your appointment-

Please be patient and be prepared to lay down on your back with your eyes closed for approximately three hours to perfect and complete your lash extension full set. Fills takes half the time.

Please do not bring extra people.

Please remove contacts and have a clean face before lash appointment.

Please let me know if you are allergic to any adhesive (lash glue).

We will not apply lash extensions exceeding over 20mm length on to your natural lashes because they are harmful to your natural lashes.

Things to know after your lash appointment.

You will need to wash your lashes everyday with oil free lash cleanser. We sell lash shampoo you can purchase at your appointment.

Taking good care of your lashes they can last up to 6 weeks (with your fills). Use your spoolie and to fan dry them back to their natural state. Any irritation after lash appointment please reach out to me asap. Do not pick or pluck your lashes as it will damage your natural lashes. Do not sleep on your face. Do not put oil or wipe with a hard towel or rub them off. Do not use mascara or strip place strip lashes on your lashes.They will shed don’t be alarm because they are temporary not permanent. There are NO REFUNDS but if you are experiencing extreme shedding within the next 3 days of your apppointment, we will fill with no additional costs.

Fills-

We recommend making an appointment for a two, three or four weeks fill in depending on how much they have shed. If 50% or more of your extensions are missing per eye- Full set price may be implemented depending on the amount of lashes missing. And at any time you need to remove them for any reason - please make an appointment to remove them (no extra charge).

We are located Country Club Hills, IL. We will send you address 1 day before your appointment date/time. We require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your service which will be added towards your remaining balance. If you are more than 20 minutes late there will be additional $10 added to your service. If you are more than 45 minutes late you will need to reschedule the next available date/ time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform me via phone 708-793-3051 or email [email protected] - your deposit is transferable to your next scheduled service through 12/31/2024. No call / no show deposit is forfeited and you cannot book again.
